Multiple evidence lenses

ACS describes residents and households; LODES describes jobs and workers; CDC/ATSDR products add modeled health, vulnerability and environmental-justice measures. The atlas keeps those concepts visibly separate.

Boundary discipline

ACS uses the correct tract vintage for each release. LODES 8 uses 2020 blocks for its full 2002–2023 series. Direct ACS comparison across 2010 and 2020 boundary changes still requires a normalized crosswalk.
